All Promoters shares are transfered to Mr. Anubhav Agarwal (Acquirer) in this quarter as per Share Purchase Agreement dated 11.11.2022 which was aleardy intimate to BSE. Kindly consider the same . 2. With reference to transmission of equity shares amongst the promoter group, this is to inform that KAMLA DEVI SETHI has transmitted her holding of 100000 equity Shares (1.01 %) to Mr. RAJIV SETHI in the quarter (July to September 2022) who belongs to the promoter group of the Company, However, there is no increase / decrease in the total (56.84%) shareholding of the promoters of the Company.Please consider the same and update in records.
Textual Information()	Dear Sir/Madam, Company is in process of converting its promoters physical holding into demat. Howevere maximum promoters shares are already converted into demat and rest of the shares of promoters are already with (Promoters-DP) and RTA to get into demat and they are doing their process, Hence we trying our best to convert our promoters holding into demat.
